He, however, said winning or loosing is a part of the game and no one can predict the result before it is actually announced, but the Congress won't withdraw its candidate.

There would be elections for two Rajya Sabha seats from Jharkhand. The Mahagathbandhan and the BJP have announced one each candidate for the two seats.

On being asked if the Congress was expecting to win on the basis of cross-voting, Sahu told ETV Bharat here that it was not the case.

"The top leadership must have decided to contest after taking everything into account. MLAs are not fools. They know whom to vote for," he said.
