Kupwara: Security forces Thursday recovered a 51 MM old rocket shell following which a BDS squad was called in to defuse the explosive at the Warsun Kralpora area in the Kupwara district.
The shell was found lying near Jamia Masjid this morning.

A team of Bomb Disposal Squad was called in, and the shell was defused smoothly.
Meanwhile, a police official has confirmed to that the explosive was defused without it causing any damage to anything or anyone.
