Jammu: Former Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti today termed the Centre's BJP government as an 'election winning machine'.
"The BJP does not care what is happening in the country, it just wants to win the elections," she told reporters after the party meeting in Poonch.
She said that the BJP had dispersed and divided a beautiful place like Jammu and Kashmir, due to which there is an atmosphere of chaos here.
Mehbooba said that the youth here are being made unemployed and non-local citizens are being given a share in the jobs.
Asked about India's relations with its neighbours, she said, "Not only with Pakistan and China, but with all our neighbours, our relations have deteriorated."
She said that due to poor foreign policy of the present government, India has not been able to maintain good relations with its neighbours.

Mufti said that firing and shelling is taking place on the borders every day, which results in death and destruction but the central government was indifferent.
"What happened at the Red Fort on January 26 was an attempt to defame the farmers," She said on the farmers' movement.
She said that all this was done by mischievous elements backed by the government to discredit the farmers' movement.
