Doda (Jammu and Kashmir): Six people were killed and three others were injured in a road accident at Kahara area of Jammu and Kashmir's Doda district Monday.
The identities of the deceased are yet to be ascertained. Reportedly, the bus was heading towards Balessa from Doda carrying passengers.
According to sources, the accident took place this afternoon when a mini-bus carrying passengers skidded off the road in the Piacul area of Kahara and plunged into a nullah.
Following this, six people died on the spot while three others critically injured and admitted to Doda DHH.
Confirming the death of six people, Chief Medical Officer Doda, Dr Muhammad Yaqoob Mir said that out of 3 injured people, two are in a critical condition and are being treated.
