Kullu: A two-storey residential house was gutted in a fire mishap at Gadsa village in Himachal Pradesh's Kullu on Saturday evening. No casualties have been reported so far.
According to reports, the incident took place at around 6 PM when house owner Sher Singh and his family members were present inside the house.
Fire tenders, police and locals pressed into service and put the fire under control.
The cause of the fire was not known immediately but the properties worth Rs 20 gutted in this mishap, reports said.
Reports said fire tenders were deployed from the nearby station to douse the flames but couldn’t save the whole building from the loss. The fire got under control with the hectic efforts of the fire service team, locals and police.
Meanwhile, police and Kullu district administration took cognizance of this fire mishap.
