Gurugram: In yet another incident from Gurugram's Kherki Daula toll plaza, an employee was dragged on the bonnet of a speeding car on Thursday.
According to reports, two youths in a car demanded exemption from paying the toll. One of them then got off the car and lifted the boom barrier at the toll plaza.
When the car finally stopped, a few people can be seen running towards the car, but the youths managed to flee. The youths then tried to flee without paying the toll. When a few employees stopped them, the driver rammed his car into an official and dragged him on the bonnet for close to 100 metres.
The entire incident was captured on CCTV.
Meanwhile, police have arrested the two youths and have filed a case.
This is the second incident at the Kherki Daula toll plaza in a week. Earlier on Friday, a female toll plaza employee was hit by a car driver.
The female toll plaza employee was sitting in booth number 27 when at around 9 am a black SUV approached the toll gate. Refusing to pay the toll, the driver broke the toll barrier and assaulted the employee.
