The Primala village situated along National Highway No-19, seven kilometres from Delhi houses a Dham named Baba Narsingh after a saint of the same name visited the place centuries ago.

Mahant Kanta Das of Narasimha Dham said that according to the belief, neither one can use the wood from here for personal work, nor the woods can be sold.

Whenever, in the past, someone tried to take wood from here or sold that wood, he/she had to suffer a loss of life and goods. The wood of this forest is used only in the premises of temples and forests.

Whenever there is langar or yagna at the temple, then the woods of this forest is used.

Mahanta Das added that about 50 to 60 years ago a person took wood from here and took it home for personal work. Soon after, his son died. There are many such stories where people lost their limbs and some lost their lives too. People believe that it is a boon of Baba Narasimha Das that the wood of this forest can be used only here.

There are more than 100 years old trees in these forests of Narsingh Dham. These forests of Dham include 12 villages where people come here every Saturday and Sunday for Bhandara, Puja lessons etc.

People here believe in the stories and even today, no one picks up even a single speck of wood despite wood worth crores of rupees being lying there.
