Chandigarh: Union Home Minister Amit Shah is set to address three election rallies on Wednesday in Haryana, as the state BJP gears up for the upcoming assembly polls.
According to reports, Amit Shah was scheduled to address rallies in Kaithal, Hisar, Bhiwani and Rohtak districts. However, the event was altered keeping cabinet meet in mind.
In the run-up to the October 21 polls, Shah will address gatherings at Kaithal, Loharu and Maham today. Besides, on October 14, shah will further address rallies in Fatehabad, Panchkula, Karnal and Gurgaon.
Shah will address the public meeting at Huda Ground Sector-19 here in Kaithal. After holding a public meeting in Kaithal, BJP national president Amit Shah will arrive at Loharu's Anaj Mandi at around 2 pm and he will hold public meetings for two assemblies Bhiwani and Tosham.
The BJP is aiming to win more than 75 seats in the state. For this, 40 star campaigners have been fielded including Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath. The list also includes about 18 Union ministers.
