Ahmedabad (Gujarat): On the new year eve, a young man was shot dead over a money dispute. Police have detained two accused in connection with the crime.
Arpan Pandey and Sushil Singh Thakur opened six rounds fire in public at Radhe Chambers in the city's posh Vastral locality at around 8 pm, killing Jashwant Singh Rajput.
The youth was shot dead on the spot. The police have detained both the accused and the dead body of the deceased has been taken for post mortem.
It was revealed that the deceased was shot while taking money from the alleged shooters. The police have seized a licensed revolver from the two accused individuals.
