Woman constable gets WhatsApp call from Pakistan, asks to become spy

A woman constable posted in the CRPF unit in Vikaspuri allegedly got a WhatsApp call from Pakistan's Karachi. The caller asked her to become an informer and take as much money as she wants. The matter has been sent to the special cell.

New Delhi: A woman constable posted in the CRPF unit in Vikaspuri allegedly got a call on WhatsApp from Pakistan's Karachi, asking her to become a spy. The caller also threatened her that he knows everything about her and her family.

According to the information, the caller asked her to become their spy and asked her to take as much money as she wants. But, he also threatened her that he knows about her family. As soon as the information was received, the officials quickly informed the Vikaspuri police station. On seeing the sensitivity of the matter, it has been sent to the special cell.

Special sources said that many times the ISI agents lure the Indian soldiers for receiving secret information.

The matter is currently under investigation, officials said.
