Hyderabad: Since the cases of coronavirus in Tablighi Jamaat came to light, several cases have been registered against the Amir Maulana Saad Kandhalvi. Since then, Moulana Saad has not revealed himself, but various lawyers have claimed to be his legal representative. Now the real question is that who is the real lawyer of Maulana Saad?
Who is the real lawyer of Mulana Saaad Kandhalvi?
Delhi Police has registered a case against the Tablighi Jamaat leader Mohammad Saad Kandhlavi on the charge of spreading coronavirus across the country through a gathering of the Tablighi Jamaat. The Maulana hasn't been seen in the public since, but various people have come forward claiming to his lawyer. But the claim of these lawyers claiming to be Maulana Saad's real lawyer has sparked debate.
Mujeeb-ur-Rehman, a lawyer claiming to the legal advisor of Maulana Saad, sent a WhatsApp message to the media, saying that a lawyer named Mohammed Taseev claims that he is a lawyer for Tablighi Jamaat, but it isn't true. He was there at the time of the evacuation and was talking to the media and was calling himself the lawyer of the Tablighi Jamaat.
How many lawyers are there?
Up to four people have come forward as lawyers for the Tablighi Jamaat. Ever since more than a thousand people at the Tablighi Jamaat Markaz were accused of spreading the coronavirus, the media has encountered four people who claim to be the advocates of the Tablighi group.
On the first day of the evacuation, a lawyer named Mohammad Ashraf addressed the media and defended the Tablighi Jamaat. He was accompanied by Mujeeb-ur-Rahman, who said that he was representing the Tablighi Jamaat and looks after their legal issues.

The next day, another lawyer, Mohammad Tausif, arrived at the Tablighi Jamaat Markaz and talked to the police and saying that he has been given the job of Moulana Saad's lawyer. While there is another lawyer, Mohammad Shahid, he also says that he is an advocate of the Tablighi Jamaat.
Who is the Real Lawyer?
A prominent member of the Tablighi Jamaat said that they have several important lawyers for the Maulana Asad case. There are several lawyers who came forward willingly to provide their services. Many lawyers are present to give legal help to their case. Even though many audio statements have been released by the Tablighi Jamaat Chief, but he is yet to reveal who his legal aid is.
Maulana Yusuf, who is responsible for the Markaz, mentions Mohammad Musharraf and other prominent figures in his letters, but who are their lawyers? It has not been explained. And while many people have come forward as being their lawyer, it is not known who is the real advocate of Maulana Saad Kandhalvi's Tablighi Jamaat. It is now becoming a mystery and it will not be solved until Maulana Saad himself makes it clear who his real lawyer is.
It is to be noted that Tablighi Jamaat is alleged to have been given notice by the authorities to evacuate the Markaz due to the lockdown, but they continued to gather in a mosque in Delhi's Nizamuddin area.
However, the Tablighi Jamaat says that immediately after Prime Minister Narendra Modi's announcement of the Janata Curfew on March 22, they called for all the attendees to return to their homes. Despite this, many people were trapped there because of the country-wide lockdown.
