New Delhi: Rashtriya Janata Dal (RJD) proposed candidate for Kodema constituency, Subhash Yadav, moved the Supreme Court on Friday against the delay in process of adding his name to the electoral rolls in Ghoda, Jharkhand.
He said that the delay in adding his name is because he is set to contest against a sitting minister who is trying to prevent him from contesting.
Yadav, who shifted his residence to Ghoda from Bihar applied for including his name in electoral rolls.
The Supreme court will hear his plea on Monday.
