New Delhi: A plea has been filed in the Delhi High Court seeking registration of FIRs against social activist Harsh Mander, actor Swara Bhaskar, RJ Sayema and Aam Aadmi Party MLA Amanatullah Khan for their stand against the recently amended Citizenship Act.
This is an implemented application in Mander's petition in connection with the riots in parts of north east Delhi, which is already being heard by the Delhi High Court.
Mander, alleging that riots broke out in Delhi because of hate speeches made by political leaders, filed the plea seeking FRIs against all those who made such speeches.
