New Delhi: Pune Customs officials have seized 412 kilograms of marijuana, which was being sent from Andhra Pradesh to Maharashtra, officials said.
Customs spokesperson in the national capital told media persons that there were 206 packets of marijuana hidden inside the roof of the truck.
He said the seized marijuana is worth rupees 65 lakh in the international market.
He said the officials had received a tip-off that a truck was carrying marijuana. They increased vigil and during checking in Maharashtra the truck was caught with the banned drug.
