Noida: The Gautam Budh Nagar administration has recovered Rs 22.25 crores from a builder named ET Infra Developers, the biggest such collection in recent times.
ET Infra Developers was owning a total of 58.19 crores of dues to Noida Authority, regarding which authority had sent RC to the district administration for recovery. Taking action on the same, the authority conducted a drive and recovered the money. The defaulter builder has sent two demand drafts.

District Magistrate BN Singh said, “We have recovered a historic amount form the builder and the work done by the officials of Dadri Tehsil is commendable. The official pressurised the builder through the tools of revenue court. This year so far we have recovered 67 crores while in the financial year of 18-19, INR 103 crores got recovered."
"The money generated will also be used to refund aggrieved buyers of delayed projects," he assured.
