New Delhi: Walking and Cycling seems to be the mantra of the new ministers of Narendra Modi Government to keep themselves fit.
Ashwini Kumar Chaubey on Tuesday took a metro train from his office to reach his ministry. Chaubey took charge as the minister of state for health and family welfare.
The new Minister in the Narendra Modi Government interacted with ETV Bharat at the Udoyog Bhawan metro station.
"I believe walking and cycling can keep everyone fit. This also helps keep the environment clean," said 61-year-old Chaubey.
Chaubey won the Buxar Lok Sabha seat in Bihar in the recently concluded Lok Sabha election.
On Monday Chaubey's senior in the health ministry, Dr Harshvardhan took a cycle to reach Health Ministry from his home.
Chaubey also planted a few saplings at the premises of the Health Ministry.
