New Delhi: The Goods and Services Tax (GST) council meeting, which was scheduled to be held on June 20, has been postponed to the next day on June 21 (Friday).
Ahead of the Union Budget, the all-powerful GST Council meeting will be chaired by Union Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman.
According to reports, the council would discuss the proposal to fix Rs 50 crore as the turnover threshold for entities to generate e-invoices on a centralised portal for business-to-business (B2B) sales.
