Haldwani: Former chief minister of Uttarakhand, Harish Rawat, in talks with ETV Bharat said that he is deeply saddened over the death of Rohit Shekhar Tiwari on Wednesday.
Addressing Rohit as a promising and struggling young man, Rawat said that he showed a lot of potential.
"The Delhi Crime Branch is doing its job. Whoever is guilty will be punished," he said.
Rohit Tiwari's wife Apurva Tiwari was arrested in the case yesterday. This is the reason why the crime branch sent for Apurva's nails and hair samples for forensic examination.
Apart from this, samples of nails of two servants of the house were also sent for examination.
Apurva accepted committing the alleged crime.
