New Delhi: A doctor who was on the run after issuing false medical reports to help prisoners get bail was arrested in Delhi on Friday.
Sixty-five-year-old Gajendra Nair who was himself on interim bail was declared a fugitive by a court in 2011 after he absconded.

Reports say at least 50 prisoners secured bail from courts with false reports issued by Nair.
A case of cheating has been registered against him in RK Puram and Prashant Vihar and the crime branch also registered a forgery case against him, police said.
