New Delhi: Three women died while three children sustained severe injuries in a fire that broke out in a house in Northwest Delhi's Shalimar Bagh area on Saturday evening.
According to the Fire Department, they received information regarding the blaze at 6.05 pm.
Total eight fire tenders were rushed to the spot, they said, adding that the injured were taken to a local hospital where the three women succumbed to their injuries while the three kids are said to be in a critical condition.
After hours of struggle, fire officials managed to douse the flames.
