New Delhi: With only a week for the Republic day parade, the Delhi police has left no stone unturned to ensure safety and security on the premises. From dealing with terrorist attacks to stopping the farmer's tractor rally, the police have made arrangements for it all.
Posters of terrorists associated with Al Qaeda and Khalistan have been pasted in various areas for easy recognization by the people and border security has also been made tighter.
Special cameras have also been installed at the venue.
The Republic Day parade will be taken out on Rajpath on Tuesday and due to Corona, only 25,000 people have been invited to the program this time.
The general public will not be able to become an audience in the ceremony which will have shorter parades.
Police are also doing fast verification of cyber cafes, hotels, guest houses, tenants, etc. Apart from this, all sorts of flying objects have been banned in this area keeping in mind the possibility of air attack.

Section 144 has been imposed on behalf of the Police Commissioner and action will be taken against the violators under section 188 of the IPC.
Strong arrangements have been done to stop the agitating farmers from taking out tractor rallies on the day. The commissioner has also said that if any farmer takes out tractor rally, they would be stopped at the border itself.
