New Delhi: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's daughter Harshita Kejriwal reportedly fell prey to online fraud while attempting to sell a few items on OLX, an online platform for selling and buying.
According to reports, Harshita had listed some items for sale on OLX, following which a person contacted her and said he would buy her items and make the payment online.
The person reportedly sent a QR code, and told Harshita that her account would be credited with the amount upon scanning the code.
However, when Harshita scanned the QR code, money was reportedly deducted from her account.
Meanwhile, a complaint has been lodged with the Cyber Cell of the Delhi Police.
The police are currently investigating into the matter.
