New Delhi: A coronavirus positive man was sent to home from isolation ward by the concerned authorities due to confusion in names.
Earlier, two men with similar names were in quarantine. The test report of one was positive and of the another man was negative.
The authorities realised the mistake and coronavirus positive patient was brought back to the isolation ward.
Reportedly, man was sent to quarantine when he was on his way to Guntur from Delhi.
The man is a resident of Nulakapeta of Tadepalli mandal.
The patient refused to back to the isolation ward when contacted by the medical staffs.
He went back in an ambulance after the police was called by the medical team.
