Amid all this, tri-colour continues to remain a common site to mark their protest against or in support of the Act.
To find out whether the sale of tri-colours has increased in recent days, ETV Bharat visited Delhi's busiest Sadar Bazaar market. After many findings, we came across some shops in a row which only sell flags.
Mahendra, who owns a big flags' shop in the heart of the Sadar Bazaar market claimed that the sale of Tri-colours has increased in recent days. Though he wasn't sure that the buyers are largely protesters or not.
Another trader, Radhe Lal Gupta claimed that normally sale of Tri-colours go up in the month of January near Republic day but this time there is a massive surge in sales because of the CAA Protest.
He claimed that he is selling nearly 200 to 300 tri-colours every day which nearly double of what he sells in the month of December.
