New Delhi: On Tuesday, leaders of 8 political parties meet in the capital under the banner of Rashtra Manch. will this move by the opposition parties ring the alarm bells for BJP? This gathering of regional parties, under the banner of Rashtra Manch, will become a challenge for Narendra Modi's government in the 2024 elections, or on the contrary, the alliance of all these parties will create a wave of sympathy for Narendra Modi is a big question.

BJP National Spokesperson, Sudesh Verma

Leaders of eight opposition parties, including Trinamool Congress, Samajwadi Party, Aam Aadmi Party, Rashtriya Lok Dal and Left, gathered under one roof at Nationalist Congress leader Sharad Pawar's house and the main issue of this gathering was the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. Challenging the BJP, after the massive victory in the Bengal assembly elections, the exercise of building a strong front at the national level has been started by TMC leader Mamata Banerjee.

Somewhere, Mamata Banerjee is now dreaming of the post of Prime Minister, which Nitish Kumar had once seen before, and Prashant Kishor, TMC's strategist in Bengal elections, is constantly playing a backstage role in activating this platform.

If reliable sources of the party are to be believed, in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections, the Bharatiya Janata Party wants to keep the Congress in the main race and this is the reason why it does not want to give much importance to the Rashtra Manch and the regional parties present in it so that their importance is at the national level.

On this issue, Bharatiya Janata Party's national spokesperson Sudesh Verma responding to ETV Bharat's question said that it is a very funny thing to talk about the Jan Morcha of the Third Front or the Rashtra Manch. Earlier also these people tried a lot but without any result.

BJP's national spokesperson says that these are the people who have lost their existence in politics and are trying to maintain their supremacy. He said it will be easy for the public to understand who are these people standing against Narendra Modi or the NDA government.

He said that these parties got a very golden opportunity in politics earlier, but these parties did nothing and they can only talk against the country and spread negativity. He added that the public knows how many scams these leaders were involved in and these people are outside the politics of the centre and are trying to increase their activism.
