New Delhi: Lauding Bihar police for solving the Rupesh Singh murder case, Bihar BJP President and MP Sanjay Jaiswal said that it is a good thing and that the criminals should be punished severely by running the case in a fast track court. He added that killing was due to road rage.
Rupesh Singh, the station manager of Indigo Airlines was killed on January 12 in Patna and the incident became a subject of discussion all over the country. Patna Police has revealed that Rupesh was killed due to road rage. A person has also been arrested in this case.
Jaiswal also urged the Bihar police to now solve the case of Rakesh Gupta and Amit Gupta, two big businessmen involved in rice production. The brothers have been missing from Naubatpur in Patna since 8 December.
On the opposition constantly attacking the Bihar government on issues of law and order in Bihar Jaiswal said that the condition of law and order in Bihar during RJD's rule and current BJP rule is so clear and the people of Bihar know it well.
"The opposition should not mislead the public. Bihar should not be unnecessarily maligned. Even if there is a crime in Bihar, the culprits are caught," he added.

Jaiswal also praised the general budget saying despite the Corona epidemic and problems in revenue collection, a balanced budget has been presented.
"People of every region and every category will benefit. As per the recommendation of the 15th Finance Commission, it has also been said that 41% of the amount be given to the state governments. The economy affected due to Corona will be back on track. In the general budget, the scope of protection of the underprivileged has been increased and private investment opportunities have also been increased. This budget is a strong step towards a self-reliant India. The country's infrastructure, agriculture and health sectors will get a lot of strength," the MP said.
