Actress Priyanka Chopra's uncle robbed at knifepoint in Delhi

Movie Section 375 actor Meera Chopra has said that her father was robbed by two bike-borne men at knifepoint when he was out for a walk in Model Town area of the national capital.

New Delhi: Actress Priyanka Chopra's cousin, Meera Chopra took to Twitter on Tuesday and narrated the ordeal of her father getting robbed at knifepoint in Delhi.

According to the information collected from the actress twitter handle, her father's mobile phone was looted at the knifepoint near Model town area in New Delhi, while he was on his morning walk.

"@DelhiPolice my dad was taking a walk in #policecolony. 2 guys came in a scooter, showed knife and snatched his phone. This is how safe you claim delhi to be. @ArvindKejriwal @CPDelhi" tweeted the Section 375 actor.

She then shared the FIR number in a follow-up tweet. "Fir no: NWD-MT-000568 at prince road near PCR police line, model town. Can send you the contact number in direct msg or some email," she wrote.

Taking the cognizance of the matter, DCP North Delhi asked the actress to share her contact number and the details of the incident via Twitter.
