Sukma (Chhattisgarh): The Chhattisgarh police on Tuesday arrested a man in Sukma of Chhattisgarh after he broke through the barricades in 3 states at 9 places.
Sukma ASP Sachindra Choubey said that while breaking through the barricade from Chintur in Andhra Pradesh, the accused fled to the neighboring state of Odisha and later went to Chhattisgarh. After this, the police informed all the border stations in-charges and officers. On getting more information, the Chhattisgarh Police arrested the accused from Sukma district of Chhattisgarh.

The accused Hanuman Mohit is from the Amravati district of Maharashtra. He has broken police barricades at 9 places in Chhattisgarh, Odisha, and Andhra Pradesh. Hanuman crossed the Dornapal check-post in Chhattisgarh, breaking through both the border barricades at Chintur (Andhra Pradesh) and Motu (Odisha). After this, he broke the check post of Errabor and Injram, he added.

The accused even tried to hit the police personnel with his car, after which the police opened fire on the accused. The accused has been admitted to Community Hospital in Konta, Chhattisgarh, ASP said.
