Raipur: On the occasion of 'Raksha Bandhan', ETV Bharat organised an event called 'Rakshasutra' for the CRPF personnel in Raipur on Thursday.
A total of 200 CRPF personnel belonging to the 65th Battalion took part in the event.
As part of the programme, girls from Anand Marg High School, along with the sisters of Brahma Kumaris, tied rakhis to the jawans and hailed their contributions.
The jawans, who were overwhelmed by the love and affection, turned emotional and recalled the association with their families.
They further thanked ETV Bharat for organising the event.
Both the personnel and the women expressed their happiness over the event, with the latter terming themselves extremely lucky, as they got an opportunity to tie rakhi to jawans.
