Bilaspur: A Chhattisgarh woman murdered her father and buried him in the courtyard after he lost her mobile phone. She was assisted by her mother and the duo fled after the crime.
Divya who was visiting her house after getting married used to have frequent fights with her father over her love marriage. One day, the 58-year-old victim lost Divya's phone and even after much searching could not locate it.
Blind with anger, she attacked her father with stones and stick hitting him fatally on his head, according to their neighbour Pardeseen.
The neighbour added that when Divya understood what she has done, she rolled the body in a bedsheet and with the help of her mother buried him in the courtyard.
Divya then ran away with her mother and children from the house.

When the local police came to know of the incident they reached the spot, retrieved the body and sent it for post-mortem.
The mother-daughter duo has been arrested.
