A 12-year-old was forced into prostitution by her maternal uncle and aunt in Chhattisgarh's Surguja. A case has been registered against the couple under POCSO act and they were sent to Ambikapur jail.

Sarjuga: In a shocking incident, a couple from Sitapur district in Chhattisgarh was arrested for forcing their niece into prostitution. The 12-year-old girl was forced into business for the last 10 months.

Speaking to ETV Bharat, Rajesh Chand, Sub-Inspector of Sitapur Police station said that the couple used to send the girl to different places to clients.

A case has been registered against the couple under POCSO act and they were sent to Ambikapur jail. The girl was sent to a care home.

Meanwhile, the police are investigating into the matter.

Intro:सीतापुर~सरगुजा जिले के सीतापुर थाना इलाके के कटनईपारा में रिश्तों को शर्मसार करने का मामला सामने आया है जहाँ पीड़िता के अपने ही मामा~मामी अपने 12 वर्षीय भांजी का दैहिक शोषण कर उसके जिस्म का कारोबार चलाते थे वहीं 12 वर्षीय नाबालिक पीड़िता अपने मामा मामी के इस करतूत से परेशान थी।

Body:सीतापुर थाना के उपनिरीक्षक राजेश चण्ड ने Etv Bharat को बताया कि सीतापुर मोहल्ले के स्थानीय निवासी पीड़िता के मामा परमेश्वर दास और मामी मीरा दास अपने 12 वर्षीय मासूम भांजी के साथ दैहिक शोषण 10 महीने से करते आ रहे थे और 12 वर्षीय पीड़िता को कई दुष्कर्मियों के साथ कोठीपहाड़ व अन्य जगह भेजकर उसके साथ दैहिक शोषण कर रहे थे जिसकी सूचना पर सीतापुर पुलिस ने आरोपी मामा मामी को धर दबोचा और पूछताछ के बाद उसे न्यायिक रिमाण्ड पर जेल भेज दिया।

वहीं सीतापुर पुलिस ने Etv Bharat को यह भी बताया कि 12 वर्षीय नाबालिग पीड़िता के इस दैहिक शोषण के मामलें में उन्हें और भी आरोपियों की तलाश है जिसने इस नाबालिक के साथ दुष्कर्म जैसी वारदात को अंजाम दिया है सीतापुर पुलिस उन्हें बारी बारी से गिरफ्तार कर उसे न्यायिक रिमाण्ड पर जेल भेजेगी।Conclusion:गौतरलब हो कि 12 वर्षीय नाबालिक पीड़िता के साथ दैहिक शोषण के मामलें में सीतापुर पुलिस ने पीड़िता के मामा परमेश्वर दास और मामी मीरा दास के खिलाफ धारा 313,372,376,2(ढ),376(घ~ख) पॉक्सो एक्ट की धारा 5(ढ),5(ड),6,17 के तहत अपराध पंजीबद्ध कर उसे केंद्रीय जेल अम्बिकापुर भेज दिया गया है।

वहीं सीतापुर पुलिस ने 12 वर्षीय बालिका की देखरेख के लिए उसे बालिका सम्प्रेक्षण गृह भेज दिया गया है।
