Sukma: In Chhattisgarh's Sukma district which is infested with Naxalites, a 23-km road connecting Kundanpal, Kunna, Michwar, Bhusaras and Dudhiras through the village panchayat of Jangampal is almost ready. This comes as a piece of good news for villagers as they have been waiting for basic amenities like roads for years, which is now finally being fulfilled.
The road provides better connectivity to the remote areas of the district.

The situation in Chhattisgarh's villages has now changed with government schemes reaching the villagers effectively. With the development of roads, villagers will now have access to basic facilities like medical, health, drinking water and electricity.
The initiative to connect Naxal-affected gram panchayat Kunna in Sukma district with the main road was started 20 years ago.
