Patna: Leader of opposition in Bihar state legislative assembly Tejashwi Prasad Yadav on Wednesday returned to Patna after a gap of almost two months claiming that he was in Delhi with his father Lalu Prasad taking care of his health. Ruling party leaders in Bihar have been attacking Tejashwi for not being in the state at the time of crisis. However, soon after landing at Patna airport, Tejashwi took a dig at Nitish and accused him of making the master plan to break the Lok Janshakti Party (LJP).

“Nitish Kumar has become Chief Minister using all the unlawful means by breaking the other parties. Only he knows what he does and in the case of LJP, everybody is aware of who made the master plan to break the party. The amount of brain they use in breaking other parties, if they would have used it for the development of Bihar, our state would have not seen such a devastating situation,“ Tejashwi alleged.

Former Deputy Chief Minister of Bihar further said, “In 2005 and 2010 as well, Nitish ji tried to break the LJP. Everybody knows that LJP did not even have one MP and one MLA. Despite that, it was my father Lalu ji who had made late Ram Vilas Paswan ji as the member of Rajya Sabha from the RJD quota.”

Indirectly, Tejashwi also offered Chirag to join hands with him, calling him brother. “Now Chirag bhai has to decide whether he wants to remain with the people supporting "Bunch of Thoughts" or with the people who admire the architect of the Indian constitution Babasaheb Bhimrao Ambedkar.”

Bunch of Thoughts is the book written by RSS patriarch MS Golwalkar and Lalu had always criticised him alleging that Sangh Parivar was against quota since the beginning.

When asked about Nitish denying his role in the LJP saga Tejashwi sarcastically said, “He doesn't even know k kh g gh (Hindi Alphabets) and A B C D as well. He doesn't even read newspapers in the morning. We know him very well as we have been with him for some time. He doesn't know anything. I am sure, he must not be aware that petrol prices have crossed Rs 100 in 27 districts of Bihar and the state is the epicentre of unemployment. He must not be aware that people are facing flood situations in Bihar.

Time and again Nitish keeps on saying during the assembly proceedings that he was into the habit of reading the newspaper in the morning every day without fail and does not even miss single news. The RJD leader also attacked the NDA government in the centre alleging that the Narendra Modi government has failed to curb the inflation in the country.

“Inflation is high in the country and in the context of Bihar, petrol prices have crossed more than Rs 100 in 27 districts. Prices of all the essential commodities have gone up. Inflation is everywhere, be it in India or Bihar. People are running from pillar to post in search of jobs having all the required degrees. They are unable to get the job. Small scale businesses and shops have closed down due to inflation. Nitish ji has decided to destroy Bihar in whatever time he has left as CM, “Tejashwi said.

Asked about being absent from Bihar for so many days Tejashwi said that the ruling party leaders should be aware that apart from the leader he is also a son and there was a need to take care of his father's health. He also informed that soon Lalu Prasad will come to Patna as he was currently under the observation of the doctors.
