Late actor Sushant Singh Rajput's cousin has cracked the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) with 1,207 rank.

Patna: Late actor Sushant Singh Rajput's cousin has cracked the Bihar Public Service Commission (BPSC) with 1,207 rank.

Assistant professor Divya Gautam, a resident of Patna, Rajiv Nagar, thanked her parents and the late actor for inspiring her. Divya has been awarded with the post of Supply Inspector.

In a special chat with ETV Bharat, Divya revealed that she never wanted to be an administrator but it was a dream of her late mother Lalita Singh. She said she always wanted to be an academician and is currently serving as an assistant professor at Patna Women's College.

After the death of her mother in 2017, Divya started preparing for BPSC and qualified the paper in her very first attempt. She said it was done to fulfil her mother's dream. According to Divya, it was Sushant Singh Rajput and his mother who helped her parents to shift to Patna from Saharsha district.

Divya has appealed to the women of the nation to not give up on their dreams even after getting married. At the same time, she also appealed to men to support women.
