"A coalition government will be formed in Bihar. All the parties of the grand alliance will unite and fight the elections firmly. Jitan Ram Manjhi left the Grand Alliance but now no party will leave the Grand Alliance. Congress will continue to play an important role in Bihar," Kapoor said.

"The Bihar Grand Alliance has Congress, RJD, Rashtriya Lok Samata Party, Vikas Insan Party and Left parties. The top leadership of Congress is in talks with allies on the issue of seat-sharing and there will be no clash on seats," he added.

Notably, As per the arrangement, the RJD and the Congress will part from their share of seats to Left parties and other smaller constituent allies. The cumulative number of seats that Congress have pitched is about 60 out of a total of 243 in the state Assembly.
