'Proud of my son's sacrifice for the nation', says father of martyr Kundan

Father of martyr Kundan Kumar, who lost his life in the military clash over India-China border dispute in Ladakh's Galwan valley, said that he proud of his son's sacrifice for the nation.

Saharsa (Bihar): Out of the 20 soldiers killed in the military clash over India-China border dispute in Ladakh's Galwan valley, martyr Kundan Kumar (27) is a resident of Aran village, near Saharsa police station, Bihar.

Martyr's father Niemander Yadav said: "I am proud of my son's sacrifice for the nation. I will not hesitate to send my grandsons to join the armed forces."

According to the police, Kundan joined the Army in 2012 and in 2013 he got married to Baby Devi of Inrava village, Madhepura district and has two sons Roshan (5) and Rana (4).
