Patna: Plurals Party chief Pushpam Priya Chaudhary, who made headlines overnight by declaring herself as the Chief Minister candidate of Bihar, has again hit the headlines after a candidate of her party went begging to file his nomination from Jhajha constituency for the upcoming elections in the state.
Suryavats, a candidate of Plurals Party, is immensely popular in the area as he has devoted himself to social work. He is also known as Gandhi ji in Jhajha for his generous work.
While speaking to ETV Bharat, Vats said that he is very poor and has no money to reach the Collectorate office.
"I came here by begging as I cannot afford good clothes and travel expenses. I would devote myself to the local people who have been struggling to get a meal", said Suryavats.
He further asserted that he would definitely win his constituency seat as the people have assured him their vote.
