Minister Neeraj Kumar asks Tejashwi if he has license to drive tractor

JDU leader and minister Neeraj Kumar has once again targeted Tejashwi Yadav and said that the Leader of the Opposition, Tejashwi Yadav, accused of Section 420, has also started introducing fraud in the movement.

Patna: With the dates for the assembly elections in Bihar announced, the political parties are leaving no chance of attacking each other. On Friday, Leader of Opposition Tejashwi Yadav drove a tractor on the streets of Patna to protest against the Farm Bill and now JDU has accused Yadav of cheating.

Also, JDU described Tejashwi's tractor driving as a violation of the Motor Vehicle Act.

Section 420 accused Tejashwi Yadav

Neeraj Kumar, Minister of Information and Public Relations said, "Tejashwi Yadav, Leader of Opposition accused of Section 420, your movement also started on a fraudulent note. Krishna Rai ji is the owner of the tractor that you drove. Now tell the people of Bihar, do you even hold a license for driving a medium goods vehicle or not?

Minister Neeraj Kumar further said, "Your brother who climbed on the umbrella of the tractor is an offence under Section 179 of the Motor Vehicle Act. Is crime your political lineage? People of Bihar know that the tractor belongs to another person, do you have a license or not? Your brothers violate the law and your parents are considered experts in transferring land in the name of giving the job.

Case registered against Tejashwi, Tej Pratap Yadav

Cases against Rashtriya Janata Dal leader Tejashwi Yadav, who staged a protest by driving a tractor in Patna, and his brother Tej Pratap Yadav have been filed at the Kotwali police station in Patna. Apart from these two RJD leaders, a case has also been registered against JAP Party chief Pappu Yadav and 100 unknown people.

What is the charge against Tejashwi?

All of them are accused that they all staged a protest on the road without permission and not only that, during the demonstration, all these leaders also held a public meeting without permission.
