Bihar: One of the most wanted criminals in Nepal, Saddam Hussein, has been arrested from Bettiah city in Bihar.
There are a number of charges of murder, robbery and kidnapping on Hussein. He had been on the run from the Nepal police for a long time.
Most wanted criminal Saddam Hussein arrested in Bihar
The Bettiah police arrested him from the Pokhra Chowk in Narkatiaganj. Two kilograms of cannabis, 1 pistol and 6 live cartridges have been confiscated from him. Three other men were also arrested along with Hussein.
Bettiah SP Jyankant said: "Saddam was listed among the 'Top Ten Criminals of Nepal'. His arrest is a relief for the police."
