Patna: Alleging that the BJP was trying to create a divide between the Hindus and the Muslims, All India Majlis-e-Ittehadul Muslimeen (AIMIM) legislator and state party president Akhtarul Iman slammed the saffron party and said it would not be able to win the Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation (GHMC) elections even if they send their all major leaders to the city.
Voting is underway for the GHMC election.
The AIMIM lawmaker, who was in Hyderabad to campaign for his party, said the BJP indulges in communal politics while ignoring the real issues that the country is facing.

"They don't see poverty, education and other issues but mix religion with politics," he said.
"Bihar is in a bad shape. There has been no development and the state government is not doing anything for the youth and the workers, who have returned to the state from different parts of the country because of the on-going coronavirus pandemic," he said.
