Patna (Bihar): On the occasion of PM Modi's 70th birthday on Thursday, the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) organized many programs in Bihar.
At some places, party workers poured milk on his photo whereas at a few places blood donation camps were organised.
At the same time, Union Minister Giriraj Singh visited the Majlis Park Camp, Adarsh Nagar, New Delhi for Hindu refugees from Pakistan and distributed sewing machines, e-rickshaws, hawkers and food items.
The BJP has also organised several events as part of the "sewa saptah" programme to celebrate Prime Minister's birthday.
Meanwhile, attacking the PM, Congress spokesman Rajesh Rathore said that PM Modi has set a great record, under whose leadership the youth are facing the highest unemployment. Congress is celebrating PM Modi's birthday as unemployment day all over India.
RJD MLA from Saharsa, Arun Yadav has given a controversial statement regarding Sushant.
He has said that the name of the late actor was not Sushant Singh Rajput. After giving this statement, he said, 'Do not mind but Rajputs are descendants of Maharana Pratap and they can never commit suicide by putting a rope around their neck.
Maharana Pratap was also the ancestor of Rajputs as well as Yadavs. JDU leaders have attacked this strongly.
In the wake of the assembly elections in Bihar, BJP leader and former Union Minister Syed Shahnawaz attacked RJD.
He said that lanterns spread pollution therefore, it is not the age of lanterns anymore.
"Electricity has reached every house. Despite this, leaders holding the lantern are seen making random statements," he said.
At the same time, Road Construction Minister Nandkishore Yadav has claimed that the NDA government will be formed in Bihar again.
"The NDA alliance is fully strong in the state. PM Modi is constantly working for the development of Bihar. That is why the people of Bihar are also with him," he said.
