Bihar police raids jails in Patna, other districts

In a surprise raid by the Bihar police, objectional items such as drugs and mobile phones were found in the jails of Patna and a few other districts.

Patna: Bihar police raided jails in the capital Patna and few other districts that created a ruckus among the jail inmates. During the raids, drugs including mobiles and other objectionable items were seized from the jails.

The inspection of the district magistrate and the SP revealed many flaws here and the jail authorities were instructed for the same.
