Bihar: Agricultural officer makes Home Guard do sit-ups for asking pass

A Home Guard in Arariya was forced to do sit-ups on the road after he stopped an agricultural officer for lockdown formalities. The guard was deployed at a check post in the district where he stopped the officer's car and asked him to show a valid pass.

Bihar: An agricultural officer in the Arariya district here harassed a Home Guard while he was trying to fulfil his duties amid coronavirus lockdown.

The incident took place on Tuesday when the Home Guard stopped the official at Bairgachi check post for formalities.

Feeling insulted after being stopped by the Home Guard, the infuriated official asked the Home Guard to do sit-ups on the road. Even after the Guard's consistent requests for forgiveness, the official asked him to comply with the order.
