Guwahati: Four people including three man and a woman have been arrested in connection with the May 15 grenade blast in Guwahati's Zoo road area. Earlier, two unknown bike-borne suspects lobbed a grenade on state police troops and fled the spot.
In a search operation carried out by police, the woman named Niharika was apprehended from Baghorbari area of the city.
Around 7pm on May 15, a powerful grenade blast rocked the city's Zoo road area leaving 12 injured. The injured were rushed to Guwahati Medical College and Hospital where their condition is said to be stable.
