Kadapa: In yet another case of violence in Andhra Pradesh, one YSR Congress worker was injured after a clash broke out between TDP and YSRCP workers in Guntur district.
According to reports, the clash broke out between workers of TDP and YSRCP at a polling station in Srinivasapuram Village of Gurajala assembly constituency in Guntur district.
The injured YSRCP worker has been taken to hospital and is currently availing treatment.
Right from the commencement of polling, sporadic incidents of violence were reported from across the state in the form of clashes between TDP and YSRCP workers.
Such incidents were reported in constituencies of Eluru, Chittoor, Anantapur, Guntur, Kurnool and Prakasam districts. More than 10 leaders and party workers reportedly sustained injuries in the incidents.
