21 opposition parties on Sunday filed a petition in the SC demanding 50 per cent of countercheck of paper trail of all EVMs. The opposition parties including TDP, SP, JD(S), Congress, CPM, CPI, AAP among others have unanimously decided to file a fresh petition in the SC following the fact that the apex court had earlier rejected their claim.

The leaders demanded that if the counting between EVM and VVPAT doesn't match, VVPAT count needs to prevail.
