Kadapa (Andhra Pradesh): A boy from Uttar Pradesh was kidnapped and was being taken to an unknown location via Chennai-Kadapa ring road when he made a run for it. Nakshatra Kumar Dubey was spotted by Railway Police Force (RPF) personnel who helped him get back to his father.
Hailing from Bhadohi, Nakshatra was at Barishpur Railway station on December 1 when two men approached him and said his father was calling him.
An unsuspecting Nakshatra went along with the men where he was forcefully made to sit in the car and driven away.
The victim was fed something after which he fell unconscious. When he regained consciousness, he saw that the two kidnappers had gone for tea without locking the car. It is then, Nakshatra escaped and reached Kadapa railway station.

RPF SI Shankar Rao spotted the boy on the station and started inquiring. With the help of Nakshatra's Aadhaar card, the RPF managed to trace the boy back to Uttar Pradesh and called his father Krishna Kumar Dubey.
The boy's father reached Kadapa on Tuesday and said he had filed FIR at several police stations on account of Nakshatra's kidnapping.
After reconciliation, the duo left for Uttar Pradesh.
