New Delhi: Supreme Court Judge Justice RF Nariman on Wednesday recused from the matter pertaining to trifurcation of Andhra Pradesh's capital into three.
The development comes after the Chief Justice of India (CJI) SA Bobde on Monday recused from hearing the same matter, as his daughter appeared for one of the parties in the HC earlier.
Nariman's father Senior advocate Fali Nariman had earlier represented the farmers in the case in Andhra Pradesh High court.

The state HC had recently passed an order staying the government's move of trifurcating the state's capital into making Kurnool as the judicial capital, Vishakhapatnam as the executive capital and Amravati as the legislative capital, on farmers' appeal.
The state government's move of trifurcation had received the Governor's assent on July 31. The stay was again challenged before the apex court.
