Vienna: US Open semi-finalist Daniil Medvedev cruised into the second round of the Erse Bank Open in Vienna on Wednesday, following a 6-3, 6-1 victory over Taiwanese lucky loser Jason Jung.
The Russian number four seed will face Canadian opposition next, either Felix Auger-Aliassime or Vasek Pospisil. They take to the court later on Wednesday.
