Towcester: Lewis Hamilton and Romain Grosjean both revealed details on Thursday of their recent clear the air phone conversation concerning Formula One's anti-racism stand before races.
Hamilton, the six-times F1 World Champion, previously accused Grosjean of not wanting to continue Formula 1's pre-race anti-racism demonstration.
However, it now seems Grosjean is behind the movement with Hamilton revealing it isn't easy 'for anybody to admit that we are wrong' but they are now 'united.'
F1 has yet to have all 20 drivers kneeling before a race, although an anti-racism protest is scheduled ahead of this weekend's British Grand Prix.
Grosjean said he is 'hopeful' that 'it will happen at one point.'
The Haas driver also revealed he shared a 45-minute phone call with Lewis Hamilton after the Hungarian Grand Prix to clear the air.
